About Me
Hey’ I’m Fr. Dave Klampert and I pastor St. Michael’s Charismatic Episcopal Church in Middletown, RI. I have been pastoring here since October, 2005 having come from Long Island , New York where I lived all my life. In New York I served for 18 years at “The Church of the Intercessor” prior to which my wife and I ran shelters for homeless families and pregnant women.
I read a lot of fiction and fantasy, play and write music, write poetry, go to movies (too many) and have in recent years gotten into golf (too expensive). I am also a very grateful, recovering everything addict (you name it) waiting for my ultimate freedom (I can wait a while longer if you don’t mind).
Nan and I have 2 grown kids, and 2 and a half grandchildren.

Hi Father Dave! I was just thinking about how much we, at Intercessor, miss those times when you would sing to us, then I came to the CECHome website looking for info about the Bishops’ meeting this week and saw, “Not no means yes, double negative.” I cracked up, then when I noticed it was written by you I just had to let you know how much I loved it. God Bless!

Well, well, well! I have found a GOLD MINE…….in exploring our ICCEC cyber world I found this site! The sermons! The music videos! The light hearted humble-ness in the loving of our Lord! In sharing that love. Thank you Fr. Dave for the faith filled inspired sermons et al and Joel for this web site resource for my sometimes homebound mind, body and soul. And a warm hello (((( HUG )))) to Nan! Your Long Island Intercessor family is blessed by the reaching out of the St. Michael’s family.

I can’t seem to find an e-mail for you. I would love to speak with you further about checking out a site that I created. Maybe we could trade links. Please feel free to e-mail me to discuss.
Thanks.
